摘要
为观察生姜对小鼠血清溶菌酶活性的影响 ,将 40只小鼠随机分为 4组 ,每组 1 0只 ,实验组灌服生姜匀浆液 ,对照组灌服蒸馏水 ,4组小鼠均饲喂正常饲料 ,2 0 d检测小鼠血清中溶菌酶含量。结果表明 ,灌服生姜组小鼠血清溶菌酶含量明显高于对照组。实验证实 ,提高血清溶菌酶活性是生姜抗菌的机制之一。
In order to observe the effect of ginger on activities of serum lysozyme in mice,forty ,BAB/c Mice were divided randomly into four groups of 10 mice each,experiment groups were fed with basic diet and ginger,and control groups with basic diet and distilled water,Agter 20 day,the concentrations serum lysozyme was determined.It was found that ginger groups,the concentrations of lysozyme was higher than those in control animal.This suggested that improving the activity of serum lysozyme is one of the antibacterial mechanism of ginger.
