摘要
本文利用双酚 A(BPA)的二钠盐 (SDPO)和 N-甲基 - 4-硝基酞酰亚胺 (MPI) ,在四丁基溴化铵 (TBBA)相转移催化剂的催化作用下 ,于二甲苯或甲苯的溶剂体系中缩合醚化得到芳香族二醚二酞酰亚胺化合物 (BEPI) ,收率为 98% ,熔点为 146~ 147℃ ;再在过量氢氧化钠的作用下水解 BEPI,使之生成四钠盐后 ,酸化处理得到双酚 A型二醚四羧酸(BPDETA) ,收率为 97.3% ,熔点为 198.5~ 2 0 1.5℃ ;脱水成酐得到双酚 A型二醚二酐 (BPDEDA) ,收率为 97.1% ,熔点为 188~ 189℃。同时 ,运用核磁共振 (NMR)、傅立叶红外光谱 (FTIR)
With phase transfer catalyst of tetrabutyl ammonium bromide(TBBA),an aromatic diether phthalimide (BEPI, yield:98%,melting point:146~147℃) was synthesized by the reaction of the disodium salt of bisphenol A(BPA) and N methyl 4 nitrophthalimide(MPI) in an aromatic nonpolar solvent,such as toluene or xylene,etc..BEPI was hydrolyzed in the excess sodium hydroxide into a tetrasodium salt,and then acidified into bisphenol A type diether tetraacid(BPDETA, yield:97.3%,melting point;198.5~201.5℃) with sulphuric acid.The objective compound of bisphenol A type diether dianhydride (BPDEDA, yield:97.1%,melting point:188~189℃) was obtained through dehydration of BPDETA in elevated temperature.Afterwards,the BPDEDA was characterized by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR),Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),etc.
