摘要
用稀土或碱土氧化物掺杂的CeO2 在较低的温度下具有较高的氧离子电导率 ,是用作中低温固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)最合适的电解质材料。综述了近年来对以掺杂的CeO2 作电解质的SOFC的性能的研究情况 ,这些电解质材料主要是Ce0 .8Sm0 .2 O1.9,Ce0 .8Gd0 .2 O1.9,Ce0 .8Y0 .2 O1.9等 ,目前已达到的最好性能是在 5 0 0℃下 ,以Ce0 .8Sm0 .2 O1.9作电解质的单电池输出功率为 40 3mW /cm2 。CeO2 基电解质材料不易烧结 ,其烧结温度一般在 130 0℃以上。还对CeO2 基电解质材料的一些制作工艺进行了介绍 ,包括固相反应法 ,溶胶 凝胶法 ,热液合成法。
Rare earth or alkali earth oxide doped CeO 2 possesses high oxygen ion conductivity at low temperature, it was the best electrolyte material for a medium or low temperature solid oxide fuel cell. Recent research status on the performances of solid oxide fuel cell was that doped CeO 2 was used as electrolyte, such as Ce 0.8 Sm 0.2 O 1.9 ,Ce 0.8 Gd 0.2 O 1.9 ,Ce 0.8 Y 0.2 O 1.9 , etc, the best performance of a single cell with Ce 0.8 Sm 0.2 O 1.9 was that the output power was 403 mW/cm 2 at 500 ℃.The CeO 2 based electrolyte materials were difficult to sinter, the sintering temperature commonly is above 1 300 ℃,the preparation technics of CeO 2 based solid electrolyte materials were also introduced, including solid sintering, sol gel and hydrothermal synthesis.
