摘要 对近年来食用菌基因工程研究已取得的研究成果进行了综述 ,主要包括食用菌染色体组学、基因分离和克隆、遗传转化的选择标记和途径等相关内容。 Recent achievement in the field of genetic engineering of edible mushroom, including genomics, gene isolation and coloning, selective markers and methods in genetic transformation were reviewed in this paper
