穴位注射可根据不同疾病、不同体质、不同病情阶段 ,按照穴位的不同治疗作用 ,选用不同药理性能的药物。在操作过程中要重视 :( 1)迎随补泻的运用 ;( 2 )推药快慢与补泻的关系 ;( 3)提插补泻的运用 ;( 4 )药物的补和泻作用 ;( 5)
Acupoint injection can choice different drugs with different pharmacological properties according to different diseases,constitution,stages of diseases and therapeutic actions of acupoints.In process of manipulations,the followings should be payed attantion to:(1)Application of reinforcing reducing by puncturing along and against the direction of channels respectively in acupoint injection;(2)Relation of velocity of injection of the drug with reinforcing reducing;(3)Application of lifting thrusting reinforcing reducing in acupoint injection;(4)Reinforcing reducing action of the drug in acupoint injection;(5)Reinforcing reducing in specificity of acupoint.
