口腔科供水管道中细菌污染问题 被引量：11

Methods to control bacterial contamination in dental unit waterlines

摘要 现已证实一般口腔科或诊所使用的市政供水系统供给的自来水 ,在连接到治疗椅前即已处于被细菌污染的状态 ,在这一系统中可发现有多种条件需氧致病菌 ,并可形成生物膜粘附在牙科供水管道内腔壁上 ,这种生物膜在牙科供水系统中扮演着重复污染的角色 ,并阻碍化学消毒剂发挥作用。针对细菌污染 ,国外牙科行业已采取了一系列的措施 ,其中包括放弃直接使用市政供水系统而采用独立的供水系统 ,定期清洗和净化供水管道 ,使用置于管道内的过滤器 。
