Robot-Assisted Minimally Invasive Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting
摘要
目的 介绍机器人辅助的微创冠状动脉旁路移植手术。 方法 应用 da Vinci机器人系统取左乳内动脉 ,然后经左胸第 2肋间小切口在体外循环下行冠状动脉旁路移植术。 结果 本组 34例患者无围术期死亡和心肌梗死 ;术后有 4例发生低心排血量综合征 ,2例发生急性肾功能不全。 结论 机器人辅助的微创冠状动脉旁路移植术是一种安全可靠的手术方法 。
