流化床干燥过程数学模拟的研究 被引量:3

A Study on Mathematical Simulation of the Fluidized Bed Drying Process

摘要 本文通过对流化床干燥过程的机理分析 ,将干燥过程分为预热阶段、恒速干燥阶段、降速干燥阶段 ,提出模型的简化条件 ,建立 3个阶段的数学模型 ,用解析或数值方法求解 ,并应用于聚氯乙烯的干燥 ,模拟出干燥特性曲线 。 In this paper,through analyzing the principle of fluidized bed drying process,it can be divided into the three periods.The simplified conditions of the model are put forward,and mathematical models for three periods are establisted.The solution is obtained by analytical or numerical method,which is applied to the drying of polyvinyl,while the curves of drying features are simulated.The results show that this modes corresponds to that of practice.
