摘要
本文针对挤压机挤压针支承经常断裂的现象进行分析、计算和测试 ,分析出了针支承经常断裂的原因 ,找到了解决问题的办法 ,并试制出了改进结构的针支承。此项改革大大延长了挤压机针支承的使用寿命 ,解决了企业生产中的实际问题 ,节约了生产成本。
The article introduces analysis, calculation and test for phenomenon of frequent support break of extruding needles in extruders, reason for the phenomenon, solution for the phenomenon and production of innovated support of extruding needles. The innovation extends service life of supports of extruding needles, solves practical problems in enterprise's production and saves production cost.
