摘要
采用有限元法对应变式拉压力传感器弹性元件进行分析。用此法不仅可以得到弹性元件的应变分布特性 ,确定最大应变区的位置 ,而且可以得到力与应变的一元线性回归方程 ,分析出传感器的线性度。分析结果表明 ,此传感器的线性度很好 ,能满足使用要求。用实验方法对此进行了验证 ,结果表明 。
The elastic cell of the strain transducer for the measurement of tension and compression force is analyzed by FEA (finite element analysis). Not only the strain distribution of the elastic cell can be obtained and the positions of maximum strain fields can be determined, but also the simple linear regression equation of force and strain can be obtained and the linearity of the transducer can be analyzed. The results show that the linearity of the transducer is very good and can be met with requirements. In order to verify the results, a experiment is done. The results show that FEA is an effective tool to analyze transducer.
