摘要
柚树苗经 1 0 0 mg/L优康唑处理后 ,进行水分胁迫处理 .优康唑处理能提高水分胁迫下叶片的水势( Ψ w)和相对含水量 ( RWC) ,表明抗旱性提高 .同时优康唑处理下 ,叶片超氧物歧化酶 ( SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶 ( APX)活性和抗坏血酸 ( As A) ,还原型谷胱甘肽 ( GSH)和游离脯氨酸 ( Pro)含量均提高 ,而过氧化氢酶( CAT)变化程度不大 .实验结果表明 。
Pomelo seedlings were foliar sprayed by 100mg/L uniconazole,and then treated with water stre-ss.The results show that uniconazole treatment can improve leaf Ψw and RWC under water stress,and dorought-resistance is enhanced.Uniconazole treatment can also promote leaf SOD,APX activities,and AsA,GSH,free proline contents,while it has no effect on CAT activity.It suggests that uniconazole treatment increass defensive capacity of membrane lipid peroxidation and stability of membrane,resulting in the enhancement of drought resistance of pomelo seedlings.
