摘要
研究了掺Yb3 + 双包层光纤激光器 .测量了掺Yb3 + 双包层光纤的荧光光谱特性和激光光谱特性 .实验表明 ,中心波长为 1 0 78μm的激光输出 ,最大输出功率为 2 33mW ,斜率效率为 79 6 % ,光 -光转换效率为 30 2 % .
In this paper, the experimental investigation of Yb 3+-doped double-cladding fiber laser is reported. The fluorescent spectrum and the laser spectra of Yb 3+-doped double-cladding fiber are measured. It is shown that laser output power of 233mW at central wavelength of 1.078μm is obtained, slope efficiency is 79.6% and the total optical-to-optical conversion efficiency is 30.2%.
