摘要
目的探讨葛根素注射液对原发性高血压病患者血浆一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)的影响。方法用硝苯吡啶及疏甲丙脯酸 (西药组 )与葛根素注射液 (200~ 400 mg)配合硝苯吡啶和疏甲丙脯酸 (中西药结合组 )分别治疗原发性高血压患者各 30例,观察 2组患者的血压、 NO和 ET的变化。结果西药组治疗前后收缩压分别为 (22. 51± 2. 14)kpa(1 kpa=7. 5 mmHg)与 19. 62± 1. 93)kpa(P<0. 001),舒张压分别为 (13. 26± 1. 34)KPa与 (11. 84± 1. 49)KPa(P<0. 001); NO分别为 (4. 10± 0. 99)μ mol/L与 (4. 97± 0. 95)μ mol/L(P<0. 01); ET分别为 (90. 30± 12. 90)ng/L与 (67. 50± 10. 76)ng/L(P<0. 001)。中西药结合组治疗前后收缩压分别为 (22. 52± 2. 31)kpa与 (20. 46± 1. 91)kpa(P<0. 001);舒张压分别为 (13. 22± 1. 03)kpa与 (11. 75± 1. 37)kpa; NO分别为 (4. 04± 1. 22)μ mol/L与 (5. 07± 1. 03)μ mol/L(P<0. 01); ET分别为 (88. 90± 11. 23)ng/L与 (55. 70± 8. 05)ng/L(P<0. 001)。治疗前 2组血压、 NO、 ET处于同一水平 (P>0. 05),治疗后以中西药结合组改善更为明显 (与治疗后西药组比较,血压: P<0. 001, ET, NO∶ P均 <0. 001)。结论葛根素注射液可通过改善血循环状态对
