摘要
高校辅导员的素质和工作状况的好坏 ,直接关系到人才培养的质量。必须重视辅导员的配备 ,优化辅导员队伍的结构 ,采取措施提高辅导员的政治素质和工作技能 ,激励辅导员创造工作成绩 ,关心辅导员的工作、学习和生活 。
College ideological and political assistants' comprehensive qualities and their working state of affairs have a direct bearing on the quality of the qualified personnel in higher education.Importance must be attached to disposal as well as optimization grouping of ideological and political assistants,and the relevant measures should also be taken to enhance their political quality and working approaches,to encourage their creative performance,to show concern for their daily lives and work,and to reinforce their fostering and employment.
