摘要
阐明了有时间概念的钢铁产品生命周期铁流图与铁流详图之间的异同 构思了钢铁产品生命周期的基准铁流图,并把它作为评价各实际铁流图的标准.分别定义了钢铁产品生命周期末端铁的排放指数Q;以及按源头数据确定的铁流排放量源头指数Y.在钢铁产品产量按不同规律变化时,研究了钢铁产品生命周期源头上天然铁资源的消耗量与其末端铁排放量之间的关系. 在铁资源消耗量和铁排放量两个方面,提出了对钢铁产品生命周期铁流图进行评分的方法.
The simplified iron-flow diagram with time factor for the life cycle(LC) of steel prod- ucts was compared with its detailed version. A standard iron-flow diagram for the LC of steel products was conceived, and it was taken as the benchmark for evaluation of practical iron-flow diagram. Both the iron emission index Q which defines its quantity at the end of LC, and the source index Y which is defined by the data on the source of LC, were formulated. The relation between the quantity of natural iron resources consumed on the source of LC and the quantity of iron emission at the end of LC has been clarified for different cases of variation of annual output of steel products. The method for marking practical iron-flow diagram, both in respect of natural iron resource consumption and of iron emission, was proposed.
