摘要
湘潭钢铁公司热电厂为回收低热值高炉煤气 ,对 6 # 75t/h煤粉炉进行了全烧煤气改造。在炉内换热三维数值计算及全面校核热力计算的基础上 ,提出了受热面改造方案 ,并详细比较分析了各种方案的优缺点 ,并据此确定了最终改造方案———增加蒸发受热面与省煤器的面积 ,并对改造后的水冷壁水循环安全进行了校验。改后测试结果表明 :全烧煤气时锅炉出力可达 78t/h ,锅炉热效率大于 80 % ,排烟温度低于 180℃ ,过热汽温未出现超温现象 ,达到了改造的预期目标。
For full use of low heat value of blast furnace gas,a previously coal fired of 75?t/h boiler is retrofitted.On the bases of three dimensional heat transfer calculation in furnace and overall thermal calculation for all heating surfaces of the boiler,retrofit schematic of heating surface are put foreward and their merits & disadvantages are analyzed,there by the final retrofit schematic is determined--increase the heating surface of slag cooling tube and economizer;and check the safety of water circulation in waterwall tube.The after retrofit tests show the expected objective is realized.That the maximum steam rate can reach 78?t/h when blast furnace gas is fired,overall thermal efficiency is higher than 80%,exhaust flue gas temperature is lower than 180℃ and superheated shteam temperature is in the expected scope.
