摘要
目的:观察盐酸氨溴索(沭舒坦)对慢性支气管炎(慢支)患者术后的疗效。方法:23例慢支术后患者应用盐酸氨溴索,而22例对照组术后不用沐舒坦。结果:慢支患者术后应用盐酸氨溴索后痰量较术前逐日减少,且稀薄易咳出,而对照组术后咳痰量不减少。结论:盐酸氨溴索使慢支术后患者容易咳痰且能预防肺部感染的发生。
Objectives: To observe the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride on chronic bronchitis after surgery. Method: 23 cases of chronic bronchitis received ambroxol hydrochloride after surgery were compared with 22 controlld patients who had't used it. Re-suite: The results indicated that .23 cases who were administered ambroxol hydrochlorid occured a greater effects in the removal of tenacious secretions than those who hadn' t received it after surgery. Conclusion: ambroxol hydrochloride is useful in preventing respiratory infections after surgery.
