摘要
报告了８例大动脉炎的外科治疗经验。全部病例均为女性，均经动脉造影和手术证实。根据Ｓａｂｉｓｔｏｎ分型分为３型：Ⅰ型有５例，Ⅲ型有３例。按照不同的病变部位及范围选择不同的血管重建方式。术后缺血症状均有不同程度改善，无手术死亡。大动脉炎早期可行保守治疗，晚期病情稳定者宜手术治疗，且效果好。
This paper reported 8 cases of aortoarteritis treated by surgical management.All patients were female,testified by arteriography and surgical management.They were classified into 3 types according to Sabiston classification,With Type I 5 cases,were and Type 3 cases.Various patterns of vascular reconstructions were performed in all patients according to the location and extent of the lesion.Ischemic symptoms were improved in 7 cases (87.5%) after performance.There was no operative death.Conservative treatment may be adopted in early stage of aortoarteritis while in late stage with stable condition surgical management has a good result.
