摘要
目的 :探讨山茱萸的抗心律失常作用。方法 :1.用乌头碱和氯化钙诱导大鼠心律失常 ,观察不同剂量山茱萸预防性给药对出现心律失常潜伏期和死亡率的影响。 2 .同法诱导大鼠离体乳头肌收缩节律失常 ,在灌流液中加入不同剂量的山茱萸 ,观察其对心脏乳头肌收缩节律失常的预防和治疗作用。结果 :山茱萸高低剂量组均能明显延长乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常的潜伏期 ,降低氯化钙致大鼠室颤的发生率和死亡率 ,明显提高乌头碱诱发大鼠离体左室乳头肌节律失常的阈剂量 ,且对乌头碱和氯化钙诱发的大鼠左室乳头肌收缩节律失常有明显逆转作用。结论 :山茱萸可用于临床预防或治疗心衰合并心律失常 ,并为名医张锡纯的用药经验提供了部分药理学依据。
Objective:To study the effect of dogwood fruit on arrhythmia.Method:1 Arrhythmia of rats was induced by aconitine and calcium chloride and the effect of preventive prophylaxis of dogwood fruit on latent period of arrhythmia and the mortality of rats were observed.2.Extracorporeal papillary muscle dysfunction was induced by the same method,then different doses of dogwood fruit were added to the perfusate.The preventive and therapeutis effects on papillary muscle dysfunction were observed.Result:The latent period of arrhythmia induced by aconitine could be prolonged apparently by both the large dose and the small dose of dogwood fruit,and the incidence of ventricular fibrillation and mortality of rats induced by calcium chloride could be decreased.The threshold dose of aconitine that induced extracorporeal papillary muscle dysfunction could be increased.Moreover,dogwood fruit had reversal reactions on ventricular papillary muscle dysfunction induced by aconitine and calcium chloride in rats.Conclusion:dogwood fruit could be used to prevent and treat heart failure combined arrhythmia.This might give some evidences to the experiences of famous doctor ZHANG Xi chun(张锡纯).
