连接酶链反应与免疫层析法检测沙眼衣原体的比较
Comparison of ligase chain reaction (LCR) and immuno- chromatography assay (ICA) for the detection of Chla- mydia trachomatis
摘要
目的对连接酶链反应 (L CR)法与免疫层析法 (ICA)检测沙眼衣原体的差异进行初步探讨。方法临床送检标本 80份分别用两种方法进行检测。结果 ICA法检出阳性 5份 ,3份强阳性 ,2份弱阳性 ,此 5份 L CR法均为强阳性。另有 5份 L CR法阳性而 ICA法阴性。临床症状支持 L CR的阳性结果 ,表明 ICA法存有假阴性 (5 / 10 )。2种方法检测沙眼衣原体的阳性率存在差异 (10 / 80与 5 / 80 )。结论 L
