摘要
目的 回顾性分析 42例椎管内髓外肿瘤的临床表现、诊断和外科治疗效果。 方法 对椎管内肿瘤的部位、类型、临床表现、影像学特点和手术方法进行分析比较。 结果 随访时间平均 16个月 (6个月～ 3年 ) ,无 1例复发 ,手术优良率为 97%。 结论 根据临床表现 ,MRI结合病理检查能够确诊 。
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and surgical treament of intraspinal canal extraspinal cord tumors. Methods The locations, types, clinical manifestations, imaging features and operative methods were analyzed in 42 cases. The tumors of 42 cases were completely resected. Results The follow up period was 6 m 3 y, averagely 16 m. Excellent and good results were obtained in 97.5% of the patients. Conclusion The diagnosis can be confirmed by the clinical manifestainon, imaging feature and pathological examination. Early surgical treatment is a very effective way.
