摘要
以Al2 O3和锆英石为主要原料制备了具较高强度及抗热震性的泡沫陶瓷并进行了性能研究与应用试验。结果表明 :当锆英石含量为 30 %时 ,材料的抗弯强度最大 ,达 3 84MPa ;随锆英石含量的提高 ,抗热震性能增强 ;泡沫陶瓷的孔隙率与锆英石含量无关 ,为 80~ 81 % 。
Using Al 2O 3 and ZrSiO 4 as mainly raw material,the ceramic foams, which possess high strength and thermal shock resistance,are prepared,its properties and application are investigated.The maximum strength of ceramic foam is 3.84 MPa when containing 30% ZrSiO 4 ;with the conternt of ZrSiO 4 going up,the thermal shock resistance increases,the porosities of all ceramic foam are 80-81%.the ceramic foam filter can effectively purify inclusion existing in casting alloy liquid.
