摘要
在现代的直缝焊管生产中 ,轧辊与管坯间的接触压力分布是一个非常重要的参数。它是确定轧辊滚动直径位置和张力分析的基础。根据光弹实验结果以及带材在直缝焊管成型过程中是多点接触的实际情况 ,建立了轧辊与带材之间的接触压力分布数学模型 ,得到计算轧辊与带材接触压力的分布曲线。
During the modern longitudinal seam welded pipe production, the contacting pressure distribution between the roller and pipe is a very important parameter. It is the basis to determine the roller diameter position and strain analysis. Based on the photoelasticity test result and actual condition of multi-points contacting during the strip longitudinal forming, the contacting pressure distribution model between the roller and the strip was established, and the contacting pressure distribution curve between the roller and the strip was got.
