摘要
文中在对西部农业生态环境现状及其问题分析的基础上 ,提出要从加大技术创新、制度创新力度及控制人口数量、提高人口素质三方面加快西部地区农业生态环境建设。
On the basis of analysis of present conditions and problems of agricultural ecological environment in western regions,three solutions,which are increasing the power of technologic innovation,enhancing the force of institutional innovation,and controlling the quantity of population and developing the quality of population,are put forward to accelerate the ecological environment construction of agricultural sustainable development in western China
