摘要
采用盆栽试验研究了 3种不同pH值菜园土施肥对莴笋硝酸盐含量及营养品质的影响。结果表明 ,3种菜园土以酸性土上莴笋适应性最好 ,中性土次之 ,微酸性土生长最差。增施磷、钾肥及氮磷钾 +DCD +M0 肥均明显提高了莴笋产量 ,有利于降低莴笋茎、叶硝酸盐含量 ;酸性土、中性土以氮磷钾配施较施氮降低硝酸盐含量 3.0 % (茎 )、10 .0 %(叶 )、2 2 .8% (茎 )、2 8.9% (叶 ) ,提高产量 2 0 .5 % ,12 5 .0 % ,且改善了莴笋营养品质 ;微酸性土以氮磷钾 +DCD +Mo配施较施氮降低茎硝酸盐含量 2 7.3% ,改善了营养品质 ,提高产量 2 1.4 %。酸性土较中性土、微酸性土更易获得高产。
A pot experiment was conducted, in which lettuce was grown in vegetable soils with different pH values. Lettuce was shown to be most adaptable to acid vegetable soil, followed in sequence by neutral soil and slightly acid soil. As compared with the treatment of application of N alone, the combined application of NPK increased lettuce yield by 20.5% and 125.0%, respectively, on acid and neutral soils, and nitrate content decreased by 3.0% and 22.8% in the stem and by 10.0% and 28.9% in the leaves, thus greatly improving the nutritional quality of the crop. On the slightly acid soil, application of NPK+DCD+Mo enhanced lettuce yield by 21.4% and improved its quality, decreasing nitrate content by 27.3%.
