玉米黄改系数量性状配合力分析(I) 被引量:2

摘要 采用 NC-II遗传交配设计 ,对黄早 4及其 9个改良系的单株粒重等 1 2个性状的配合力进行了研究。结果表明 ,所测性状配合力在被测系间存在极显著差异。其中 ,H2 1的单株粒重 GCA显著高于黄早 4,SCA方差与黄早 4大体相同 ,多数性状 GCA对 F1 有利 ,是较理想的黄早 4改良系。昌 7-2、5 2 3 7、文黄3 1 41 3、齐 3 1 0单株粒重 GCA较黄早 4高但达不到显著水平。它们的 SCA方差高于黄早 4或与黄早 4大体相当 ,这几个自交系可以在育种中直接利用。 K1 2、5 0 2、武 3 1 4组配的个别组合 SCA较高而其 GCA低于黄早 4,只能利用其 SCA或做为基础材料利用其个别优良性状。 5 2 1 0 6与黄早 4类自交系间配合力较高 。 Using NC-II design, corn Huangzao 4 and some improved inbred lines were tested for 12 characters in 1998. The results showed that there were significant differences among estimates of combining ability of the inbred lines. The GCA in grain yield per plant of H21 was significantly higher than that of Huangzao 4, its specific combining ability variance was roughly equal to that of Huangzao 4. Its GCA of most characters were benefit to F 1 hetersis, It′s ideal improved inbred line of Huangzao 4. The GCA in grain yield per plant of Chang7-2,5237,Wenhuang 31413 and Qi310 was higher a little than that of Huangzao 4. They had higher or approximate equal SCA variance than that of Huangzao 4, can be directly used for corn breeding. The GCA of K12, 502 and Wu314 was lower than that of Huangzao 4, can be made use of their SCA or as basic materials for breeding new lines. It′s possible that some elite hybrids between the improved inbred lines of Huangzao 4 and 52106 can be bred for application in production.
