摘要
用溴乙酸制备的活性酯与苦马豆素反应 ,产物真空干燥后得到白色粉末状物 ,产率为 77%。经MP、IR鉴定和元素分析的结果判定 ,白色粉末状物为苦马豆素 -活性酯结合的季铵盐。季铵盐再与 BSA反应 ,产物经透析、冻干后呈白色针状结晶 ,按 BSA计算 ,产率为 91% ,经测定 ,平均每个 BSA分子上结合了 18.17个季铵盐分子。
In this study the swainsonine was synthesized with active ester,which was prepared by 2 bromine acetic acid,to obtain white powder.The yield was 77%.The white powder was quaternary salt of swainsonine ester identified by MP,IR and element analysis.The quaternary salt was synthesized with BSA,dialysed and lyophilized the production to obtain crystal of white needle.The yield was 91%,according to BSA.Each BSA molecule has combined 18.17 molecules of quaternary salt after determination.
