主要介绍我国社区护理的现状及发展趋势。文中概述了社区护理的定义。分析了我国社区护理的现状 :①社区护理体系逐步健全 ,形成了三种模式 ;②社区卫生服务受到政府重视 ,配套政策逐步完善与实施。③社区卫生服务的管理制度和服务规范逐步建立与完善。指出了现存的问题 :①社区卫生服务的补偿机制正在探索与有待建立 ;②社区护理技术队伍建设需要得到重视与加强。在分析现状的基础上 ,指出了 2
In this paper, the author mainly introduces the current actuality and prospect of community nursing in China. The author makes a definition of community nursing and analyzes the current actuality of community nursing in China. The author summarizes the actuality into the following 3 aspects: 1. The community nursing system is developing into completion and grows to form 3 modes. 2. Due to recognition of government, the relevantpolicy steps into perfection and comes into force. 3. The corresponding regulations and service standards have been set up.But the author puts forward some existing problems in community nursing. 1. The economic compensation mechanismof community nursing waits to be built. 2. The team of community nursing requires expansion and more recognition. Based on the analysis of actuality of community nursing, the author finally points out the tendency of community nursing in 21 st century.
