摘要
目的 测定益肾灵口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法 采用HPLC法 ,C18柱 ,流动相甲醇 -四氢呋喃 -水 (2 4∶16∶6 0 ) ,检测波长 2 70nm。结果 淫羊藿苷在 0 .15 8～ 1.896 μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9997,平均回收率为 10 1.3 % ,RSD为 1.86 % (n=5 )。结论 所建立的含量测定方法简单 ,准确 。
Aim To establish a HPLC method for determination of icarrin in Yishenling oral liquid.Methods The contents of icarrin were determined by HPLC,using Spherisorb C 18 (5×200mm) column as analytical column,methanol-furan-water (24∶16∶60) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 270nm.Results The average recovery was 101.3% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) 1.86%(n=5).Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,and can be used in the quality control of this product.
