摘要
通过对毛细管动态挤出时 L DPE的结构进行测试分析 ,探讨了振动力场对聚合物毛细管挤出物结构性能的影响。在 LDPE熔体流动过程中叠加适当的振动场后 ,L DPE未产生力学降解 ,振动力场对LDPE的熔融始态有重要影响 ,挤出物的热稳定性提高 ,挤出物晶粒大小降低。振动力场对聚合物内部结构产生的影响 ,有利于改善聚合物的流变性能和力学性能等。
In this paper, the test and analysis of LDPE structure property during capillary dynamic extrusion were carried on, and the effect of vibration force field on the structure property of the extrudate was discussed. It shows that after superimposed proper vibration field on the flow process of LDPE melt during the capillary extrusion, the mechanical degradation of LDPE doesn′t occur. The vibration force field can influence the initial states of LDPE melting and crystallization, raise the thermal stability of extrudate and decrease the size of crystal. These effects of vibration force field on the structure of polymer are greatly benefit to improving the rheological and mechanical properties of polymer. It has great significance to the deep theory research of polymer vibromolding processing technology.
