摘要
目的 研究非离子型表面活性剂微乳的形成及其影响因素。方法 通过滴定法绘制拟三元相图 ,分别考察表面活性剂 ,助表面活性剂 ,油相及添加剂对微乳区的影响。结果 表面活性剂的HLB值 ,助表面活性剂的碳链长度 ,表面活性剂和助表面活性剂的质量比 (Km) ,油相的结构 ,水相中添加剂的变化及温度的变化对微乳的形成均有影响。结论 在合适的条件下 。
Aim To study the formation and the effect factors of microemulsion phase at 25℃ for system containing nonionic surfactant.Methods The effects of surfactants,cosurfactants,oils and additives on microemulsion region were examined by using the method of titration to prepare the pseudoternary phase diagram.Results The formation of microemulsion was dependent on the HLB values of surfactants,the nature of oils and cosurfactants,the weight ratio of surfactant to cosurfactant and the type of additives in the water phase and also the variation of temperature.Conclusions Microemulsions could be prepared by using nonionic surfactants when the suitable formulations were selected.
