摘要
目的 :探讨伴有内脏伤四肢长管骨多发骨折急诊或早期手术治疗的可行性和优越性。方法 :对 86例伴有内脏伤四肢长管骨多发骨折的急诊或早期手术治疗的回顾性分析。结果 :84例治疗结果满意 ,2例死亡 ,分别死于重度颅脑伤及严重胸部伤。结论 :伴有内脏伤四肢长管骨多发性骨折的患者尽早手术治疗 ,有利于对其它合并伤的检查治疗 ,便于护理 ,减少并发症 ,降低死亡率 ,是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To discuss the advantage and feasibility of the emergency treatment and the early stage operative treatment of limbs long cannon bone multipile fracture accompanied with the internal organs injury.Method:Retrospective analysis of the emergency treatment and the early stage operative treatment of 86 cases of limbs long cannon bone multipile fracture accompanied with the internal organs injury.Result:The curing results of 84 cases are satisfactory,2 cases died from serious skull in jury of thorthorax injury.Conclusion:An operation as soon as possible on the cases of limbs long cannon multipile fracture accompanied with the internal organs injury is an effective treatment method,advantageous to examining and treatment of other complicated injury,easy to nurse and to reduce complication and death.
