摘要
目的 :以国产辛伐他汀为对照 ,观察血脂康胶囊对高胆固醇血症患者调脂作用。方法 :65例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 3 4例 ,口服血脂康胶囊 1 .2g ,qn ,对照组 3 1例 ,每晚顿服辛伐他汀 1 0mg ,连续 4周。结果 :治疗 4周末治疗组和对照组总胆固醇 (TC)分别降低了 2 1 .8%和 2 1 .3 % ,低密度脂蛋白 (LDL Ch)分别降低了 2 8.2 %和 2 2 .7% ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL Ch)分别上升了 6.2 %和 5.7% ,两组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ,三酰甘油 (TG)分别降低了 1 8.1 %和1 .6% (P <0 .0 1 )。血脂康和辛伐他汀降低TC的总有效率分别为 79.4%和 74.2 % ;升高HDL Ch分别为 2 3 .5% ,1 9.4% ;治疗组降低TG有效率 3 5.2 %。疗程中患者均能很好耐受 ,未见明显不良反应。结论 :两种药物均能显著降低高胆固醇血症患者TC和LDL Ch ,其作用相近 ;血脂康降TG作用稍优于辛伐他汀。
Objective:To compare the effects of xuezhikang and domestic simvastatin on the blood lipid profile in patients with hypercholeterolemia. Methods: 65 patients were randomly divided into group A and group B. Patients with hypercholestonolemia were given each a draft of 1.2g of xuezhikang qn. (group A) and 10mg of simvastatin qn. (group B), respectively, for 4 consecutive weeks. Results:At the end of the 4 week medication, a decrease in total cholesterol (TC) by 21.8% in patients of group A and 21.3% in patients of group B, respectively, was demonstrated. Low densit lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL Ch) was found to decrease by 28.2% and 22.7% in patients of group A and group B, respectively. In contrast, an increase in high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL Ch) by 6.2% and 5.7% was observed in patients of group A and group B, respectively. The differences between these parameters however, were statistically insignificant(P>0.05). A drop in triglyceride (TG) by 18.1% and 1.56% was noted in patients of group A and group B, respectively(P<0.01). The total effective rates of xuezhikang and simvastatin in lowering serum TC were 79.4% and 74.2%, respectively, while those in increasing HDL Ch were 23.5% and 19.4%, respectively. The effective rate of xuezhikang to lower TG was found to be 35.2%. The patients in both group could well tolerate the treatment and no obvious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion: Both drugs could markedly decrease TC and LDL Ch concentrations in patients with hypercholesterolemia and their effects were similar. The effect of xuezhikang to lower TG was a bit superior to that of simvastatin.
