摘要
对比研究了 16Mn钢及其渗Al涂层的恒温氧化 ,特别是在 6 0 0℃~ 80 0℃保温和在海水中冷却循环时的抗腐蚀性能 .16Mn钢在 80 0℃空气中不具有抗氧化性 ,但渗Al后恒温氧化速度显著降低 ,其 6 0 0℃~ 80 0℃氧化和 3 5 %NaCl水中冷却循环时的抗腐蚀性能提高 .循环实验条件下 ,温度的提高和海水中NaCl的存在均明显加大材料的腐蚀破坏程度 ;渗Al涂层由于受急剧增加的热应力作用发生破裂 ,但裂纹仅存在于涂层表层 .
The cyclic oxidation of aluminide coatings on 16Mn steel under the condition of quenching in water containing 3.5% NaCl has been studied.The oxidation was carried out at 600℃ and 800℃ in air.The aluminide coatings remarkably improve the oxidation resistance of 16Mn steel.Increasing of the oxidation temperature or existing of NaCl in quenching water causes more severe corrosion.After cyclic test,the aluminide coatings happen to crack.However,these cracks just exist in the surface layer of the coatings.
