摘要
基于前人的研究成果和来源于实践经验的启示,本文跳出“熊彼特假设”的争议圈,独辟蹊径,提出了中小企业集群式创新的新概念,并对集群式创新的内涵、特征、一般模式及其理论与实践意义进行了研究,试图探求一种在不损失创新行为优势的前提下,充分获得创新资源优势的中小企业技术创新的有效途径。
Based on the previous research achie vements and the enlightenment from p ractice,this paper develops a new measure in that it is free from the debate of'Schumpeter Hypothesisand presents a new concept of MSE' S Clustering -Innovation.Moreover,it studies the meaning,characteris tics,popular model,theory and practical significance of Clustering -Innovation,trying to find out an effective way of MSE' S Clustering -Innovation to take full use of the advantage of innovating resource without losing the advan tage of innovating activities.
