摘要
进行关键负荷节点集合电网侧戴维南参数预估的批处理 ,从多个窗口反映电网的电压态势 ,可在电压危机将到来之前 ,向运行调度人员提供决策参考信息。当负荷高峰电压态势相当紧张的时候 ,按照系统实时数据 ,借助运行模式 ,运用状态预估可得出下一时段 (5～ 10min以后 )的系统状态 ,然后分别作出各个窗口负荷节点的P V特性曲线小段 ,并在此基础上 ,通过工作变量对中间参量的雅可比矩阵迭代修正中间参量 ,由此实现各窗口负荷节点系统侧戴维南参数的预估。在辽宁电力调度通信中心的实践表明 。
In order to provide decision making references from various windows to reflect power system voltage tendency for dispatching operator before the crisis occurs,it is useful to put up group treatment for prediction of the thevenin's equivalent parameters on power system side of the key nodes.During peak load,while voltage tendency is quite urgent,according to the real time system datum,the system state of the next time interval (5～10 min.ahead)may be forecasted by using state forecasting through the operating pattern.Then the short segment of P V charac teristics for every key node will be provided.On the basis mentioned above,the intermediate parameters may be revised by iterations through jacobi matrix of working variables with respect to intermediate parameters.Thus the prediction of thevenin's parameters on electrical network side of the window load nodes could be perfected.The practices at the liaoning electric power dispatching and communication center indicate that these predictions arevery useful before the voltage crisis occurs.
