摘要
目的 :为银粉玻璃离子替代银汞合金提供了理论依据。方法 :用颈部龋坏的离体牙30颗 ,去腐备洞 ,用银粉玻璃离子充填。用扫描电镜测量充填体与窝洞壁间微缝隙间的宽度 ,并观察充填体 -牙体界面的形态。结果 :发现银粉玻璃离子的边缘密封性较好 ,从理论上验证银粉玻璃离子的优良性能。结论 :银粉玻璃离子可以替代银汞合金。
Objective: To apply the theroetical basis of argent-glass ionomer cement taking the place of silver amalgam.Methods:Using 30 aparted teeth with cervical caries.Make cavity affer debridment,and then restore them with argent-glass ionomer cement.Measure the spcues width between the restoration and the cavity wall by scaming electroscope,and abserve the interfacid form of them. Results:The retoration of argent-glass ionomer cement has hight adhesion with cavith wall.The stuty theorically identity the benign capabitity of argent-glass ionomer cement,and also theorically support the indication.Conclusion:Argent-glass ionomer cement could be used insead of silver.
