摘要
1996~ 1998年 ,用P2 O5同位素示踪技术研究了冬前深耘断根对小麦群体根系活性的垂直分布及旗叶衰老的效应。结果表明 ,冬前深耘断根可显著提高生育后期的小麦群体根系活性 ,使群体根系活性的垂直分布下移 ,深层土壤的群体根系活性相对提高 。
P-tracing method was used to investigate the effect of deep tillage (cut off some roots) before winter coming on the vertical distribution of root activity and senescence of flag leaf in wheat plant from 1996 to 1998.The result shows that deep tillage (cut off some roots) can improve the mass root activity significantly at late development stage,and increase root activity remarkably in deeper soil horizon, which leads to delayed senescence of plant organs above ground and increases in grain yield.
