摘要
从山莓 (Rubuscorchorifolius L .f.)茎和叶中分离出一种香豆素成分 ,经理化试验和多种波谱分析 (UV、IR、NMR、MS)鉴定为 6-甲氧基 -7-羟基香豆素即东茛菪内酯 (Scopletin) ,该成分在山莓中首次发现 .
A kind of coumarin was first isolated from the stems and leaves of R.corchorifolius L f.Its structure was identified as scopletin by chemical reaction, UV,IR,NMR and MS.
