CD_4淋巴细胞计数在HIV感染中的地位和重要性 被引量：15

摘要 CD4淋巴细胞属于T细胞中的一种,现通常将免疫细胞分为免疫活性细胞、辅佐细胞和其它细胞三类,而免疫活性细胞又包括T细胞及B细胞两类.1983年起,经国际会议商定,以分化群(cluster of differentiation CD)抗原统一命名T细胞,目前已发现的CD抗原有100多个,CD4即为其中之一,目前多用流式细胞仪以CD4单克隆抗体进行检测.由于人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)主要攻击CD4细胞,而该细胞在免疫功能又有极重要的作用,所以CD4细胞的检测在HIV感染的各方面均有重要意义.
