摘要
目的 :研究耳穴电特性及其反应病变的特异性和识别病变的方法。方法 :用耳穴电特性检测和智能识别微机系统 ,测定 6 4例癌肿和 33例免疫性疾病病例及 38位健康人的 2 0个穴位的电位、电阻、电容变量J、K、L ,并作统计分析和相关分析及神经网络识别。用正弦波刺激耳穴 ,测量其频率特性。结果 :耳穴电特性具有反应癌病变 (含食道、胃、肝等癌肿 )的特异性和多元性 ;获得了耳穴的频谱特性 ;耳穴特异性与生物分子活性密切相关 ;获得了人工神经网络智能识别多元耳穴信息及应用于筛检癌肿的方法。结论 :该项研究丰富了耳穴基础理论 。
Purpose To Study electrical characteristics and specificities reflecting pathological changes and the methods of distinguishing lesion for auricular points.Methods The electric potential,resistence and the variate of elecric capacity J,K,L of 20 acupoints in 64 cases of cancer and 33 cases of immune disease and 38 healthy persons were determined with the computer system for detection of electrical characteristics of auricular points and intelligence recognition,and statistical analysis and correlative analysis and recognition of nerve network were made.And the characteristics of frequency were determined when the auricular point was stimulated with sine waves.Results Electrical characteristics are of specificity and polyphyly reflecting cancer including cancinoma of the esophagus,stomach and liver;characteristics of frequency spectrum were obtained;characteristics of auricular points were closely correlated with activity of biological moleculars;and the methods for recognition of multiple auricular point information by artificial nerve network intelligence and their application in scanning cancers were attained.Conclusion The study enriches basical theories of auricular points and provides an effective application basis for prevention and treatment and clinical adjuvant diagnosis of cancer.
