摘要
从探讨对水环境及流域化管理的新认识开始 ,提出流域化管理的战略、政策与重点 ,对我国流域化管理的战略原则问题进行商讨 ,最后提出流域可持续发展的要求 ,以长江流域为例 。
From the new viewpoint of basin based water resources management, the strategy, policies, and key points are proposed for basin based management, and the demands of sustainable development are pointed out. With the Changjiang River Basin as an example, a strategic frame is designed for sustainable development.
