摘要
分别运用 TL C法和 HPL C法测定来曲唑及片剂中的有关物质。 TL C法以乙酸乙酯 -丙酮 -氨水 (2 0∶ 10∶0 .1)为展开剂 ,最低检出量为 1.2 5μg;HPL C法采用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱 ,以 0 .0 5 mol/ L磷酸盐缓冲液(p H 7.0 ) -乙腈 (6 0∶ 40 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 40 nm ,最低检出量为 0 .
The methods of TLC and HPLC had been developed to determine the related substances in letrozole and its tablets. The mobile phase of TLC was ethyl acetate acetone aqueous ammonium hydroxide (20∶10∶0.1), the detective limit was 1.25 μg. The mobile phase of HPLC was 0.05 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH7.0) acetonitrile (60∶40), the detection wavelength was 240 nm, the detective limit was 0.4 ng.
