井壁变形和摩擦阻力对底部钻具组合的影响 被引量:6

EFFECT OF WELLBORE DEFORMATION AND FRICTION FORCE ON BOTTOM-HOLE ASSEMBLY

摘要 将井壁变形与摩阻因素引入力学模型,以滑动摩擦为主建立了摩擦模式,用文氏弹性地基模拟井壁变形(即弹性井壁),应用有限元理论,研究了井壁与钻柱的相互作用对钻头侧向力的影响。计算结果表明,对较软地层井壁变形的影响不可忽视,尤其对三维井眼或造斜钻具,井壁变形对钻头侧向力的影响很大;摩擦与井眼弯曲共同产生了方位侧向力,而摩擦对井斜侧向力影响很小;稳斜钻具的钻头侧向力受井眼弯曲、井眼蚀变因素的影响较为突出。 Such factors as deformation of wellbore and friction force were introduced into the mechanical model of bottom-hole assembly.The friction model was established with sliding friction as the main one and the deformation of wellbore was modeled with E.Winkler's elastic groundwork,i.e.elastic wellbore.The effects of the interaction between wellbore and drill string on drill bit side force were studied with finite element theory.The effect of deformation of wellbore in a softer layer on side force can not be neglected.Especially for a tridimensional wellbore or a building assembly.the effect of deformation of wellbore on drill bit side force was significant.Friction and wellbore deviation resulted in an orientation force,while the effect of friction on deviational side force waslittle.The effects of well bore deviation and erosion on drill bit side force of a holding assembly were significant.
