摘要
目的研究垫枕治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折中胸腰椎椎体前缘和前纵韧带的力学分布状况。方法采用生物力学光弹性实验方法。结果当垫枕为一个椎体宽度和为两个椎体宽度时,椎体前缘力学分布相似。若机体合并两个胸腰椎屈曲型压缩骨折时,宜选择其中一个病椎垫一个椎体宽度的垫枕而同时施加水平牵引力。结论当病椎椎体上下小关节稳定时,治疗时垫枕当以一个病椎椎体宽度为宜。
Objective To study the mechanics distributed l aw of the anterior longitudinal liga ment and anterior vertebra in the thora-co-lumbar spine when using the pillo w to treat flexion fracture.Method The biomechanics method of photoela stic experiment was em-ployed.Result Stress distributed in anterior vertebra is the same when the breadth of th e pillow is equaled to one vertebra or two.When there are two vertebras were fractured,ch oosing one to pad the one vertebra bre adth pillow and using traction.Conclusion I t will be good that the pillow is as broad as the fractured ve rtebra when the intervertebral face ts around the vertebra is stable.
