摘要
目的 采用淋巴管显影技术和酶组化技术 ,探讨高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)对兔乳腺肿瘤毛细淋巴管的破坏作用。方法 采用美蓝灌注显示法和酶组织化学法 5′ -AMP -ALPase双重染色法观察VX2 兔移植性乳腺肿瘤HIFU治疗后毛细淋巴管形态学变化。结果 与对照组比较 ,酶组织化学法检查显示HIFU治疗后乳腺肿瘤靶区内未发现任何阳性染色 ,靶区边缘出现毛细淋巴管碎片样结构 ;美蓝染色灌注发现HIFU治疗后肿瘤周边模糊一片 ,无线样或环状结构。结论 HIFU治疗乳腺癌破坏了靶区内毛细淋巴管 。
Objective To explore the destructive effects of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)on lymphatic capillaries in VX 2 implanted breast tumor by using isosulfan blue dye injection staining,enzymohistochemical double staining.Methods After isosulfan blue dye injection staining and 5′ AMP ALPase enzymohistochemical double staining,morphological changes of lymphatic capillaries in VX 2 rabbit implanted breast tumor were observed after HIFU treatment.Results Compared to control group,enzymohistochemical staining showed that there was no positive staining in the HIFU treated region,and no lymphatic vessels stained with isosulfan blue was found under microscopic examination in VX 2 implanted breast tumor treated with HIFU.Conclusion HIFU could induce severe destruction of lymphatic capillaries and vessels of VX 2 implanted breast tumor.Therefore,it may decrease the possibility of lymphatic metastasis after HIFU treatment of breast cancer.
