摘要
本文在澄清特色服务认识的基础上，分析了网络环境下，高校图书馆读者服务的几个变化，高校图书馆开展特色服务的优势，探讨了实现特色服务的途径。
Based on the clarifying of distinguishing services recognition, the paper analyses several changes, superiority and ways of library distinguishing service to reader.
