摘要
采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了不同Sr量Al 11 6 %Si 0 4%Mg合金的组织变化 ,并分析了Sr的存在对Mg2 Si相结晶行为的影响。在未完全变质合金中 ,Mg2 Si相以网络状或笋状等形式存在 ,与共晶Si片之间存在附着生长关系。而在完全变质合金中 ,Mg2 Si相以细小的颗粒相形式孤立地存在于共晶团边界上 ,数量极少。Sr的存在对Mg2 Si相凝固结晶行为产生了重要的影响 。
Optical microscope and SEM were used to observe the changes of the microstructure in Al 11 6%Si 0 4%Mg alloys with varying strontium additions and the effect of strontium on the crystallizing behavior of Mg 2Si phase was discussed. It is found that: Mg 2Si phase nucleates on the surfaces of the eutectic silicon flakes in the un fully modified alloys, growing as meshwork or bamboo shoot shape, and, however, very few and fine Mg 2Si particles are isolated at the boundaries of eutectic cells in the fully modified alloys. Strontium plays an important influence on the crystallizing behavior of Mg 2Si phase in Al Si Mg casting alloys and it is thought to be related to the amount of dendritic α phase and the modification of eutectic silicon phase.
