With agricultural scientific research practice as an example,it is discussed that the scientific research morality of scientists in the whole research work,and also analyzed the morality system and its levels comprehensively.It is clear that scientific research morality of agricultural workers should standardized which can be favorable to developing agricultural scientific research quickly.
