摘要
学科建设是学校发展的关键 ,国内外的名牌大学都无不是从学科建设开始形成优势的。作为省属重点综合大学 ,学科建设的基本思路应该是 :“稳定基础 ,强化应用 ;推动交叉 ,扶持新兴 /边缘学科 ;优化结构 ;提高水平 ,突出特色。”根据学术梯队的五个层次 ,培养和引进人才是当务之急。按不同类型的学科确立建设目标 :1.重点建设数个在国内处于领先地位、在国际上有一定影响的优势学科 ;2 .通过学科整合 ,力争使 10余个学科达到省内一流水平 ;3.培育一批具有烟大特色的一流学科 ;4.通过交叉、综合 ,培育新的学科“生长点” ,并使其成为新的学科 ;5 .通过拓展和延伸的办法 ,不断扩大和提高已有学科的内涵 ;6 .建设几个学科群。学科建设是一项长期任务 ,需要上上下下都能认识到它的重要性、紧迫性 ,不断加大投入 ,牢固树立“以人为本”的理念 ,调整科研政策 ,建立科学合理的评价体系 。
The reconstruction of disciplines and courses occupies a crucial position in the development of a university. Well known universities at home and abroad evolved their academic superiorities from constructions of disciplines and courses. As the key universities of the Province, the basic thinking on the construction of disciplines and courses should be as follows: 'Stablizing the basis, strengthening applications, furthering the blending of courses, assisting new courses(frontier courses), improving the structures of courses, training of the teachers and improving teaching qualities'. We will set up the following objectives: 1) Establish several disciplines which stand in the lead at home and abroad. 2) Strive to establish a dozen of disciplines and courses which stand in the lead in the Province. 3) Develop some disciplines and courses with characteristic of Yantai University. 4) Develop some disciplines and courses into new ones. 5) Enlarge and improve the contents of some courses. 6) Build a couple of armies of disciplines and courses.
